ByteTecpeak ensures that all of our products are manufactured and assembled using standard materials and processes. This limited warranty (hereinafter referred to as "this warranty") applies to products purchased from ByteTecpeak.de . ByteTecpeak reserves the right to determine the scope and availability of the warranty in its sole discretion based on specific circumstances.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship in all ByteTecpeak products under this warranty.

What measures are being taken to address problems?

After confirming a product problem, we may replace parts, exchange the product, or provide a partial or full refund (if the replacement product is out of stock). If ByteTecpeak requires the return of a defective or damaged product, ByteTecpeak will cover the shipping costs for the replacement or return.

How long is the warranty and customer service?

ByteTecpeak products are covered by a 1-5 year warranty and lifetime after-sales service. Warranty terms may vary for different products and take effect upon receipt of the product. Specific product warranty policies can be found in the description on the product page or in the product user manual. Customers can request an exchange, refund or return if any problems occur within the warranty period. What is required for warranty service?

To request warranty service, please contact service@bytetecpeak.de . Once ByteTecpeak confirms the need for warranty service, the system may ask you to provide additional information or offer alternative solutions to resolve the issue. Please ensure that any damaged or defective products you return to us are properly packaged in their original packaging.

The following situations are not covered by the ByteTecpeak warranty:

  1. If your product is lost or stolen, you will not be entitled to any warranty service.
  2. Damage due to normal wear and tear, such as natural wear of tires and batteries due to frequent or improper use, scratches due to use, are not covered by the warranty.
  3. Damage caused by improper use by the user, such as incorrect assembly or storage not in accordance with the user manual, is not covered by the warranty.
  4. Damage caused by neglect of necessary maintenance is not covered by the warranty and over time the product may become irreparable.
  5. Damage caused by external environmental factors, such as damage caused by commercial use, accidents, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, high temperatures and humidity, are not covered by the warranty.

Please note: Warranty services are not transferable, i.e. the service can only be claimed by the original purchaser and is not transferable to others.
